Ingredients
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup freshly extracted ginger juice
- 1 cup freshly extracted garlic juice
- 1 cup raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with the mother (e.g. Nature’s Choice)
Instructions
- Combine the lemon, ginger, garlic juice, and apple cider vinegar in a pot.
- Bring to a gentle boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool completely.
- Once cooled, add 3 cups of pure, raw honey and mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into sterilised glass bottles and store in the refrigerator.
Dosage
Take 1 tablespoon diluted in a glass of warm water every morning on an empty stomach.
In more severe cases, an additional 1 tablespoon in the evening before dinner may be taken.
Storage
Keep refrigerated.
The mixture can be stored for up to 2 months.
