For the Liver Flush, you only need L-Ornithine, Olive Oil, and Green Black Walnut Hull Tincture from us. However, Dr. Clark emphasizes that you should complete the Parasite Cleanse first, and ideally the Kidney Cleanse, for the best detox results.
Important: Don’t feel discouraged if the stones you pass are small or if you don’t see parasites. Even releasing a few dozen small stones is a major accomplishment for your liver and overall wellbeing.
Cleansing the liver of gallstones can greatly improve digestion—one of the foundations of good health. Many people also notice reduced allergies, better energy levels, and relief from shoulder, upper arm, and upper back discomfort with each cleanse.
According to Dr. Clark, clearing the bile ducts of the liver is one of the most powerful steps you can take to support your body. But it should never be done before completing the Parasite Program, and for best results, it should follow the Kidney Cleanse.
The liver produces about 1 to 1.5 liters of bile per day. It contains many small tubes (biliary tubing) that all drain into one main tube called the common bile duct. The gallbladder sits along this duct and stores bile. When you eat fat or protein, the gallbladder empties itself within about 20 minutes, pushing stored bile through the common bile duct into the intestine.
For many people—including children—the tiny tubes in the liver (biliary tubing) can become clogged with gallstones. Some people develop symptoms like allergies or hives, while others feel nothing at all. Gallbladder scans or X-rays usually don’t detect these stones because they are not located in the gallbladder and are often too small or not calcified enough to show up.
There are many types of gallstones, and most contain cholesterol crystals. They can appear black, red, white, green, or tan. The green stones are coated in bile. Many stones are shaped like small corks with grooves running along the sides, suggesting they formed inside blocked bile ducts. Some stones are composites—clusters of smaller stones that have regrouped in the ducts sometime after a previous cleanse.
Scientists have found that at the center of each stone is a clump of bacteria, which raises the possibility that dead parasite material may have triggered their formation.
Preparation
- You can’t clean a liver with living parasites in it. You won’t get many stones, and you will feel quite sick. Zap daily the week before and complete the parasite killing program before attempting a Liver Cleanse. If you are on the Maintenance Parasite Program, you are always ready to do this Cleanse.
- Completing the Kidney Cleanse before cleansing the liver is also highly recommended. You want your kidneys, bladder and urinary tract in top working condition so they can efficiently remove any undesirable substances incidentally absorbed from the intestine as the bile is being excreted.
Ingredients
- Epsom Salts: 4 tablespoons
- Olive Oil: half cup (light Olive Oil is easier to get down), and for best results, Ozonated it for 20 minutes. Add 2 drops HCL Acid.
- Fresh Pink Grapefruit: 1 large or 2 small, enough to squeeze 2/3 cup juice. Hot wash twice first and dry each time.
- L-Ornithine: 4 to 8, to be sure you can sleep. Don’t skip this or you may have the worst night of your life!
- Large plastic straw: to help drink potion.
- Pint jar with lid
- Green Black Walnut Tincture, any strength: 10 to 20 drops, to kill parasites coming from the liver.
Choose a day like Saturday to do the Liver Cleanse so you can rest the following day. Avoid taking any medicines, vitamins, or supplements that aren’t essential, as they may interfere with the cleanse. Stop the Parasite Program and Kidney Herbs one day beforehand. For breakfast and lunch, eat no-fat meals such as cooked cereal, fruit, fruit juice, bread with jam or honey (but no butter or milk). Keeping fat out of your meals helps bile build up in the liver, creating the pressure needed to push out more stones.
2:00 PM – Stop all food and drink from this point onward. Eating after 2 PM can make you feel unwell during the cleanse.
Prepare your Epsom Salts: mix 4 tablespoons of Epsom Salts with 3 cups of water in a jar. This makes four servings of ¾ cup each. Place the jar in the fridge to chill (this is only for taste and convenience).
6:00 PM – Drink your first serving (¾ cup) of cold Epsom Salts.
If you didn’t prepare it earlier, mix 1 tablespoon of Epsom Salts with ¾ cup water now. You can add ⅛ teaspoon Vitamin C powder to improve the taste. You may sip a little water afterward or rinse your mouth.
Take out your Olive Oil (ozonated if possible) and grapefruit so they can warm to room temperature.
8:00 PM – Drink your second ¾ cup serving of Epsom Salts.
You won’t feel hungry even though you haven’t eaten since 2 PM. Finish all your evening tasks now. The timing from this point is very important.
9:45 PM – Prepare the liver flush drink:
- Measure ½ cup Olive Oil into a jar.
- Add 2 drops HCL Acid to sterilize.
- Wash the grapefruit in hot water, dry it, and squeeze it by hand.
- Remove pulp with a fork. You need at least ½ cup of juice (¾ cup is even better).
- Add the juice to the olive oil.
- Add the Black Walnut Tincture.
- Close the jar tightly and shake well until the mixture becomes thin and watery (only fresh grapefruit juice will do this).
Go to the bathroom if needed before drinking, even if it makes you slightly late — but do not delay more than 15 minutes or you may release fewer stones.
10:00 PM – Drink the liver flush mixture.
Take 4 L-Ornithine capsules with your first sips to help you sleep through the night. If you struggle with insomnia, take 8 capsules.
Drinking through a large plastic straw can make it easier. You can use a little honey between sips if needed. Try to finish the whole drink within 5 minutes (up to 15 minutes for elderly or weak individuals). Drink it while standing, then go straight to bed.
Lie down immediately after drinking the mixture. Delaying can reduce the number of stones released. Have everything ready beforehand so you can go straight to bed—don’t tidy the kitchen or walk around.
Go directly to your bed and lie flat on your back with your head elevated on a pillow. Focus on relaxing and try to stay completely still for at least 20 minutes. You may feel a series of stones moving through the bile ducts, like small marbles. There should be no pain because the Epsom Salts keep the ducts open. Try to fall asleep; not sleeping may reduce the effectiveness of the cleanse.
The next morning:
When you wake up, take your third dose of Epsom Salts. If you feel nauseous or have indigestion, wait until it passes before drinking. You may return to bed afterward. Do not take this dose before 6:00 AM.
Two hours later:
Take your fourth and final dose of Epsom Salts. You may lie down again if needed.
Two hours after that:
You may begin eating. Start with fruit juice.
Thirty minutes later, have some fruit.
One hour after that, you can eat regular food—keep it light. By dinner time, you should be feeling back to normal.
How to check your results:
Expect loose stools in the morning. Use a flashlight to look in the toilet and check for gallstones. Look especially for green stones—this confirms they are real gallstones, not food residue, because only liver bile is pea-green. The bowel movement will sink, but gallstones usually float due to their cholesterol content. Roughly count them, whether they are tan or green.
Dr. Clark explains that you may need to pass about 2,000 stones in total before your liver is clear enough to permanently relieve issues like allergies or upper back pain. Your first cleanse may give temporary relief, but as stones from deeper in the ducts move forward, symptoms can return. You may repeat the cleanse every two weeks.
Do not do a liver cleanse when you are acutely ill.
Sometimes the bile ducts contain cholesterol crystals instead of full stones. These show up as tan-colored “chaff” floating on the water. They contain millions of tiny white crystals and are just as important to clear as stones.
Safety of the Liver Cleanse:
According to Dr. Clark, the Liver Cleanse is considered very safe. Her observations are based on more than 500 people, including many in their seventies and eighties. No one was hospitalized or reported pain. Some people do feel unwell for a day or two afterward, and in every case this happened when the Maintenance Parasite Program had not been completed. This is why the instructions recommend completing both the Parasite Program and the Kidney Cleanse before doing the Liver Flush.
This procedure differs from many modern medical views. Conventional medicine teaches that gallstones form only in the gallbladder, that there are only a few of them, and that they only cause pain during gallbladder attacks. This belief is understandable because by the time someone experiences severe attacks, the stones in the gallbladder have usually grown large enough—and calcified enough—to be seen on an X-ray, and inflammation is present. Once the gallbladder is removed, those acute attacks stop, but many people still experience bursitis, digestive issues, and other discomforts.
However, according to Dr. Clark, the reality becomes clear when you look at the stones passed during a cleanse. Even people who have had their gallbladder removed still release many green, bile-coated stones. When these stones are examined, their layers and cholesterol crystals match textbook images of gallstones exactly.
