Health Tips
Small daily habits add up to real, lasting change. These holistic health tips focus on simple, practical shifts you can start today, from how you breathe to what you store your food in. According to the NHS’s guide to healthy eating, small, consistent changes often matter more than dramatic overhauls. Similarly, the World Health Organization’s 2025 health tips emphasise everyday habits over quick fixes. Let’s work through twenty practical ways to support your body and mind.
Nourish Your Body
- Drink clean water. Choose clean, mineralised water whenever possible. Check out Kuro-Bo for affordable, high-quality filter systems.
- Hydrate first thing. Have a glass of water before doing anything else in the morning.
- Eat organic where you can. Choose organic food as your budget allows, and stay mindful of everything you put into your mouth.
- Chew properly. Chew your food thoroughly, until it reaches a near-liquid consistency.
- Eat fruit daily. Include at least one piece of fruit in your day.
- Store food in glass. Keep both food and drinking water in glass containers rather than plastic.
Move, Breathe, and Detox
- Breathe deeply. Practise deep, diaphragmatic breathing as often as you remember throughout the day.
- Exercise regularly. Get up and go for a walk, since movement helps your body repair, detox, and grow strong.
- Make detox a habit. Build detox practices into your regular wellness routine, rather than treating them as a once-off event. Our Bio-Resonance scans can help you track your body’s balance as you go.
- Connect with nature. Walk barefoot on the earth and spend time outdoors without shoes when you can.
Simplify Your Environment
- Avoid fluoride toothpaste. Brush slowly and gently to protect your gums, since a healthy mouth supports a healthy gut.
- Use natural body products. Choose natural soaps and moisturisers, since your skin functions as an organ too. We recommend ZeroBS Tallow Soap.
- Choose natural fabrics. Reduce nylon and polyester where you can, and opt for linen, silk, cotton, or wool instead.
- Keep plants indoors. Add plants to your home, since they help purify the air and create a calming space.
- Grow your own. Growing herbs or food, even on a small scale, works like printing your own money.
- Declutter regularly. Spring-clean your home and office on a regular basis, since a clear space supports a clear mind.
Reconnect and Release
- Switch off devices. Turn off your phone at night, and spend quiet time alone or with loved ones instead.
- Schedule real breaks. Look at your schedule and plan at least one four-day weekend every three months just for yourself.
- Release trauma. Trauma release plays an essential role in whole-body wellness.
- Use daily affirmations. Simple affirmations, such as “I am healed” and “I am beautiful,” can help shift your mindset over time.

How We Make Our Tinctures
We manufacture our tinctures according to the Dr. Hulda Clark specifications using medicinal-grade ethanol, since this offers the safest medium for drawing medicine out of the plant without damaging the herbs’ properties. The herbs brew for a minimum of three weeks, and we’re the only lab that uses this particular method.
During this process, most of the alcohol evaporates naturally. By the time we test and bottle the medicine, the alcohol content drops so low that a banana contains more alcohol than all our tinctures combined. We complete every step by hand, and we test each bottle before labelling it.
If you’d still prefer less alcohol, simply combine your tincture drops into a glass and add a few drops of lukewarm water to allow further evaporation. Avoid hot water, though, since it can damage the medicine. Explore our full tincture range to find the right support for your routine.
