Morning:
Upon Waking:
1 tsp aloe vera juice (child-safe, inner leaf only)
– Helps coat and soothe the stomach lining before food.
(Wait 15 mins before food if possible.)
Breakfast:
Oats porridge with banana and a dash of cinnamon
– Add 1 tsp flaxseed or chia seed for gentle fiber.
– Mix in children’s probiotic powder (as per product dose).
– Offer warm rooibos or chamomile tea (weak, 2 tsp cooled).
Mid-Morning Snack:
Applesauce with a small spoon of nut butter (if no nut allergy)
– Or soft, mashed papaya or pear.
Lunch:
Bone broth-based soup with rice or tiny pasta, carrots, zucchini, or sweet potato
